Conservatives Are Leading the Way

Welcome Norwin Area Republicans!
Our organization is dedicated to preserving and improving our parks, schools, infrastructure, and quality of life for all of our residents.
We work to elect Republican leaders who share our values and champion policies that uplift working families, protect the environment, defend voting rights for American citizens and legal residents, and ensure justice and opportunity for all, by adhering to the rule of law.
Through outreach, education and civic engagement, we empower citizens, strengthening our Representative Republic, right here in North Huntingdon, Irwin, and North Irwin, in cooperation with our friends in surrounding communities, throughout Westmoreland County.
Election buzz
Heading into the 2026 Primary season, the Westmoreland County Republican Committee (District 3):
Steve Cleaveland, Lynda Funk, Ron Zona, and Antonio Lio... and the membership...
Are working for you, organizing election events and fundraisers.
Representative Brian Rasel, is running for reelection and currently leading the 56th legislative district.
Decorated combat veteran and Treasurer, Stacy Garrity is the endorsed candidate for Governor. Thirty years in the Army Reserve. Bronze Stars. Legion of Merit. Decades of business leadership. Retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel, businesswoman, and our Commonwealth’s 78th Treasurer, Stacy Garrity has lived a life of service to her nation, her Commonwealth, and her community.
Allegheny County GOP Chairman Jason Richey has been endorsed for Lieutenant Governor. Jason Richey (watch this video) was at the LARIMER Volunteer Fire Department on February 25th. Jason was warmly greeted by friends and supporters.
James Hayes is running for Congress to challenge the harmful, creeping socialism that threatens to overturn the rule of law and the American way of life we enjoy in Westmoreland County.
In our gerrymandered district and with the fake news, left-wing media bias we endure, thankfully minus City Paper and the PG, soon... James has an uphill battle as he fights against the vocal Socialist Democrats, and he needs your support.
James Hayes will be holding a fundraiser and petition signing on Thursday, March 5th, from 6:30-9:00pm, at the home of Steve Cleaveland. See the flyer below. For information, please RSVP to Jeannette Pavlick 412-780-5279 or Rainey Craig 724-309-5423.
If you can't attend, you may wish to donate by sending checks to James Hayes for Congress at PO BOX 110157, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
